ESCP-EAP users: please note that to request a Long Guest account you have to fill the form available at this link. Please be aware that your Long Guest account doesn't give access to electronic resourses from outside the university buildings (i.e. from home).  

FORM OF IDENTIFICATION TO DELIVER

Please prepare the following documents

  1. the privacy policy statement to read and sign for acceptance (if you are unable to view the file in the browser, right-click on the link and download the file and then open it)
  2. double-sided copy of your identity document
  3. copy of your Tax ID Code

You need to create a single pdf file (or a compressed .zip package) that contains all the documents listed above and upload them using the button below.

Files must be less than 5 MB.
Allowed file types: gif jpg jpeg png pdf doc docx zip.
